UndercoverAgent.ai provides AI agent testing and evaluation services. We act as a "secret shopper" for AI agents, helping businesses identify failures, blind spots, and vulnerabilities in their AI-powered chatbots, voice agents, and assistants before customers encounter them.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Use the Service to test AI agents without proper authorization from their owners
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to collect or store personal data about other users without consent
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our express written permission

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password used to access the Service
• All activities that occur under your account

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UndercoverAgent.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
